The current lawsuit against the Internet Archive

 

This guy wonderfully breaks down the current lawsuit against the Internet Archive.

He suggests that the Archive shut down the ebook lending program that started the lawsuit, and that they offer the publishers suing them a lump sum settlement. I hope against hope that they do that.
